Matilda is a sweet senior girl who is currently thriving in a foster home, where she has proven herself to be a loving and easygoing companion. She lives peacefully with other dogs, walks nicely on leash, and enjoys the comfort of a quiet home environment. Matilda has a gentle nature and is the kind of dog who is happiest simply spending time with her people, making her a wonderful companion for someone looking for a calm and devoted friend. As a senior, Matilda does have some medical needs that her future adopter or rescue should be prepared to support. She has been experiencing periodic seizures and is currently under veterinary care, with recent adjustments made to her medication plan to help better manage them. She has also shown some mild weakness in one of her hind legs, which is being monitored by our veterinary team. Despite these challenges, Matilda remains comfortable, enjoys her daily routine, and continues to have a great quality of life.
