Misty was found on a log near Glade Mile Lake. Misty has come such a long way since moving into her foster home. She went from being scared in her cage, hissing and cowering, to openly playing and accepting pets. She is still a little nervous and will dart away with quick movements but always comes back because her curious nature won't keep her away. She gets along great with other cats and dogs. Would not recommend a house with young kids due to her shyness. As much as her foster family would hate to see her go, it's time for her to bond with her forever family where she will continue to flourish. Her beautiful, soft fur beckons you to pet but you have to gain her trust first. Please keep in mind, if you choose to adopt, her behavior in the shelter where she will likely act scared, is not her personality in a house setting. She definitely deserves a loving family so she can continue to come out of her shell and fall heavily into your heart.
