Dr. Turtle and Mrs, Velcro Charlotte is the sweetest little velcro girl. Her siblings have all been adopted and though she enjoys going into the other bedroom with a couple adult fosters, her first choice is to hang out with her foster mom. Charlotte is chatty with cute chortles and sometimes a meow sneaks in. She will do well with a gentle, playful kitty and a human with lots of love and attention to give.
