Online Adoption Application › STOP SCROLLING! Caden is a young Heeler mixed who loves people as much as he loves treats. Caden came to DASH with several other dogs from a rural shelter where he was on the short list for euthanasia. He is currently in our DASH Prison Program where his trainer says he is very bright, affectionate and a happy pup. "Caden is the sweetest pup I've ever had. He greets everyone and loves attention. He knows all of his cues and is well socialized. AWESOME DOG". He loves cuddling and taking naps with his person but only after a good fetch session or a brisk walk. Caden is a calmer boy who has lower energy and very affectionate with his humans. He is friends with everyone and all dogs. Caden is housetrained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash. He is very food motivated which has made him easy to train however, he can be food greedy and doesn't know when to stop eating. He is more than ready for his furever home where he would make an incredible companion". Due to his current foster placement he has not been introduced to children of any age or cats, so proper introductions to both are needed.
