The adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, microchip, rabies and other core vaccinations. Please complete an adoption application at https://www.asvtexas.org/adoption-application.html. Sweet and Loving Penny adjusted very quickly to her foster home, overcoming her initial nervousness to embrace family life. She is an affectionate, submissive companion who gets along wonderfully with people of all ages, her five foster dog siblings, and especially cats. Loving and grateful, Penny would adapt seamlessly to any home, whether playing outdoors or snuggling on the couch. ASVT does not have a facility; all of our adoptable pets live in volunteer foster homes until they are adopted. No one takes a salary so all donations and grants are used for the rescue animals.
