This special girl was found in a frozen car in December 2025 after 30 hours of abandonment with two other cats and a German Shepard. No physical issues resulted, thank goodness! Queenie is an active and very friendly girl. Her favorite show of affection is the Eskimo kiss, nose to nose. She loves to play. She gets along fine with other cats and with dogs. Queenie has not had any food insecurity since December but she is a huge eater and beggar of wet food. She can’t get enough! When you are getting it ready she rubs against your leg and meows to remind you she is waiting! She eats two cans a day (morning and evening) and if she is not separated from any other cats, she will eat theirs as well. She always wants more! She really does not eat much dry food. She also loves Squeeze-up treats. Her eating has not caused her to gain any weight. She has had her blood tested for diabetes and thyroid issues and a fecal sample tested twice. All normal. She is a wonderful wonderful kitty who deserves a special home! Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
