**Meet Charlie: The Energizer Bunny in a Pitbull-Belgian Mix Suit! ** Attention all dog lovers and active families! We’re on the hunt for an extraordinary forever home for our lively 2-year-old Pitbull-Belgian mix, Charlie- who by the way, is not just a pretty face; she’s DNA tested and ready to prove she's the ultimate sidekick for all your adventures! If you’re looking for a furry friend who treats every day like an invitation to a wild game of fetch, tug-of-war, and the occasional obstacle course, then look no further! Charlie is practically a four-legged dynamo who thrives on work, activity, and all-around fun games like a kid in a candy store (minus the sugar rush, of course)! ♀️ Now, let’s get to the point: Charlie has some *strong* feelings about sharing her home with cats! She’s got a singular motto: “Cats, why on Earth would you want to share your space with something that doesn't play fetch?” We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogs@ccrcdogs.com with specific questions, but please complete the online application , which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com , to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support.
