This big, soft love bug has stolen the hearts of our volunteers. She is somewhat shy but will easily warm up to you. She is very affectionate. She is a beautiful girl with a soft coat, and the sweetest face. When Marigold is in her kennel, she'll squish herself right up against the gate just hoping for an ear scratch or a neck rub. She is very gentle and loves belly rubs. Marigold's story breaks our hearts a little. She was dumped on a dead-end country road — but she didn't give up. She found her way to a caring farmhouse and eventually made it to us. Important: Marigold does best as the only female dog in the home.
