About

Kobe was adopted from Wag On Inn as a puppy, but due to no fault of his own, he needs a new home that can better care for him- his caretaker has lost his vision. Kobe is friendly and sweet to people and dogs. He lives in a house with his dog brother, Apollo, who is also in need of a new home, though they do not have to stay together. He has been great with all dogs he’s met. He can be energetic but when he settles down he is calm and affectionate in the house. He can be a velcro dog who loves to be near his person. He is good in the car and on walks (though he does pull a little at first). It is unknown how Kobe is with cats or children but seems like he would be fine with older kids. Kobe exudes sweetness and feels like he would be an easy boy that could fit into many families. Come meet this awesome guy! He is here in NJ waiting for his new family. Note: Kobe is coming to us through our owner surrender program. He has been evaluated and dog tested by Wag On Inn volunteers. He will remain under the care of his owner until he is officially transferred Wag On Inn to an approved foster or adopter. He is neutered, microchipped, and will be brought up to date on all vaccines prior to adoption. Kobe’s adoption fee is $500. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through, they deserve a loving, committed home.
