Jaycee is the definition of low-maintenance charm. This sweet girl is happiest enjoying the simple things in life: a cozy place to relax, a nice walk with her favorite people, and a fluffy toy she can proudly “defluff.” She has a calm, easygoing personality that makes her a joy to spend time with, and once people meet her, they don’t forget her. Volunteers often come back just to visit Jaycee because she leaves such a lasting impression. One of Jaycee’s favorite spots is her dog house, lovingly nicknamed her “Barbie Princess House.” It’s her little kingdom, and she’s always happy to lounge there like the royalty she is. She’s also done wonderfully on sleepovers with volunteers, earning rave reviews for being such an easy, relaxed companion in a home environment. Jaycee enjoys getting out for walks and taking in the world at her own pace, but she’s just as content relaxing nearby and keeping you company. With her sweet nature, independent streak, and adorable quirks, she’s the perfect match for someone looking for a gentle, loving dog who doesn’t ask for much.
